What we collect
You give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment details (handled by our payment processor — we never store full card numbers).
Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring source, via standard analytics.
We do not collect health information, and we do not ask for it. We are not a clinical service, so no protected health information is involved in a MaxSpan order.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, to handle support requests, to maintain lot traceability records, to meet legal and tax obligations, and — only if you opt in — to send restock and certificate notifications.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our fulfillment operation, and the carrier. Each is bound by confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law or lawful regulatory request.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest, with access restricted to personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required if a breach affecting your information occurs.
Retention
Order and traceability records are retained for the period required by law. Marketing data is deleted on request.

Unsubscribe from email using the link in any message. Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us, subject to record-retention obligations we cannot lawfully override.
