Terms of Sale

1. Agreement
These terms govern all sales by MaxSpan Peptides. By placing an order you accept them. We may update them; the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, located in the United States, and purchasing as a qualified researcher. See the research use only policy, which forms part of these terms.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected use outside the research use only policy, and will refund any amount charged.
4. Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price in force is the one displayed when your order is placed. Prices exclude shipping and any applicable tax.
5. Shipping and risk
Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier. Orders placed before 14:00 ET on a business day generally ship the same day. Delivery protection is included. See the shipping and returns policy.
6. Returns
Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, opened or temperature-exposed items cannot be returned. Damaged, incorrect or cold-chain-compromised shipments must be reported within 72 hours.
7. Prohibited use and indemnity
You agree not to use any product outside the research use only policy. You agree to indemnify and hold MaxSpan Peptides harmless against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your use, handling, storage or transfer of any product, including any use in or on a human or animal.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Products are supplied "as is" for research use. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Analytical data describes the lot tested and is not a warranty of suitability for any application. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [NEED FROM TYLER — state of incorporation], without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Contact
Research Use Only. All products sold by MaxSpan Peptides are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals aged 21 or older. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, veterinary application, or any therapeutic purpose. Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. MaxSpan Peptides is a chemical supplier and is not a compounding pharmacy as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B.
