Rates and speed

• Free shipping on orders over $200
• $19.95 express — 2 business days
• $14.95 ground — 3 to 5 business days

Orders placed before 14:00 ET on a business day ship the same day. We ship to all 50 states. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery protection

Delivery protection is included on every order at no cost. If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we replace it.

Packaging

Plain outer packaging with nothing on the outside identifying the contents. The return address is a fulfillment address. Temperature-sensitive material ships with insulated packaging and coolant where required.

On arrival

Inspect the shipment. Refrigerate temperature-sensitive material immediately. If the package arrives damaged, if the coolant is fully spent, or if there is any sign the cold chain was broken, do not use the contents — contact us within 72 hours and we will replace the order.

Returns

These are temperature-sensitive research materials. For safety and traceability reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-exposed items.

We will replace or refund, at our option, where:

• the order arrived damaged or with a compromised cold chain (report within 72 hours)
• you received the wrong item
• an item was defective on arrival

Unopened supplies (syringes, swabs, bacteriostatic water) may be returned within 30 days in original condition.

Failed or refused deliveries

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address you supplied, or is refused, we cannot resend material that has been out of temperature control. Please check your address before confirming.
